St Pauls Carnival (Bristol) is seeking an Executive Director to work closely with the Board to deliver a year-round program and annual carnival celebrating African Caribbean culture.
We are looking for an experienced cultural leader who can inspire a team and a city, demonstrate innovation and initiative and work hard to meet our strategic objectives. You will be great at major stakeholder management and an excellent communicator, with strong commercial acumen and considerable experience of business planning.
St Paul's Carnival is the UK's largest African Caribbean Carnival outside London and has the power to inspire Bristol and transform the lives of many people. This is an exciting opportunity to realise the potential of the event and organisation and be part of an incredible story.
Salary £45,000 p.a.

On 15th May we started our schools programme, which saw Rubba from DMAC and AFIDANCE deliver 28 classes over a period of seven weeks, to four local schools in Bristol leading up to and including a showcase performance on Saturday 1st July 2017 at Glenfrome Junior school.
