Our first Wellbeing & digital inclusion workshop

The aim of the Wellbeing & Digital Inclusion Programme is to make sure that everyone who needs, can feel comfortable and confident accessing the online world.

We gathered on a crisp day in the warmth of Docklands Community Centre with enthusiastic students, armed with tablets. Equipment was supplied for anyone that needed it, and class began with our Community Engagement Coordinator Keziah at the helm. After talking to the Elders of our community, it became clear a tablet workshop was in high demand. We structured the Getting to Know Your Tablet workshop around basic set-up, getting online and what to use your tablet for.

It was amazing to meet with everyone and the workshop was a huge success. If you, or anyone you know, is interested in attending our free digital workshops please contact community@stpaulscarnival.org.uk. We’d love to hear from you!
