GLOBAL CARNIVAL:
A CULTURAL EVOLUTION
To mark Carnival day this year we brought together organisers and performers from London’s Notting Hill and the Caribbean islands of St Lucia and Trinidad and Tobago Carnivals.
Our online event ‘Global Carnival: a cultural evolution’ included a panel discussion on the evolution of Carnival as well as feature exclusive performances from representatives of the different carnivals.
Volunteers
It's nearly time for our Back A Yard events!
It takes a whole city to make Carnival, and we're on the lookout for volunteers to help us deliver our events this year.
We've got a huge range of roles up for grabs – from supporting our artists, to flyering, to providing attendees with helpful information.
Fun and (hopefully) sun guaranteed.
