Information for tens, traders & artists

Artists/Performers

Applicants that completed the expression of interest that was on our website (now closed) are currently being considered to perform at one of the events detailed above. All successful applicants shall be contacted as soon as possible.

Traders

As St Pauls Carnival will not be applying for road closures this year we will not be able to contract with traders for on-street trading. Therefore, there will be limited opportunities for traders to get involved in St Pauls Carnival’s activities – traders were invited to complete the expression of interest that was on our website and will be informed if they have been successful in due course.

TENS

Due to 2025 not being a full-scale Carnival year as no official St Pauls Carnival activities are taking place on the streets we will not be applying for road closures, this will have a bearing on Temporary Event Notice (TENs) applications and Bristol City Council Environmental Health and Avon and Somerset Police Licensing will consider this when making decisions about applications.

St Pauls Carnival do not have any involvement in decisions regarding TENs applications and any local residents, businesses etc. seeking to undertake their own activities should consider licensing arrangements via the link below.
